New Actros

One of the first in Stuttgart with a swap body system. We take responsibility, with our fleet as well. We have once again set a benchmark in terms of the environment, comfort, safety and cost-efficiency with the purchase of the new generation of Mercedes-Benz Actros trucks.

We are the first in the Stuttgart region to have the 3-bed and 3-seat GigaSpace solution developed and produced by the Karlsruhe-based company S & G Automobil Aktiengesellschaft and the swap body system developed by Fahrzeugbau-Fritz Filderstadt. An in-house developed and specially adapted mechanism allows the seat back of the original seat/bed in the cab to pivot upwards with minimal effort. A second bed could therefore be retrofitted. Thanks to the exclusive use of original components, the cab now features 2 beds offering maximum comfort. An additional integrated space-saving couch can be hinged down from above in the cab as a resting place for a third person. 3 more seats, each with a 3-point automatic belt have been integrated for transporting employees over short distances. In addition, a height adjustment system was developed in house for the second bed, which can be lowered to a comfortable seat height. An original cool-box has been fitted in the base frame of the bed, without this restricting storage space for long-distance transport. We are now equipped to meet the demands of the future with the new Mercedes-Benz Actros and thus also to meet the wishes of our customers.
